What DC motor do I need to use as a generator for a wind turbine?
I'm aware that I need a DC motor that can produce low revolutions per minute (rpm) and high voltage. But I don't need to generate much electricity, I only want this for a light bulb xD. The voltage is going to be measured during an entire week. What else do I need?

You want a permanent magnet hobby motor. Radio Shack sells some http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2102828

I don’t think you will get enough output to drive a light bulb unless you can really get is spinning fast. You may have better luck getting an LED to light as this would require a fraction of the current necessary to operate a light bulb.

In either case if you just want to monitor voltage a hobby motor will work as voltage measurement doesn’t require much current.
