Northern Power Systems Acquires Blade Manufacturing Capability

(http://www.northernpower.com), a leading manufacturer of next generation direct-drive wind turbines, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Knight & Carver Wind Group’s community wind turbine blade manufacturing business. This acquisition will strengthen Northern Power’s ability to deliver world-class high quality wind turbines to customers in the rapidly growing community wind marketplace.
