@torkjoy1 not really they use cooling because on a car they run over 2000rpm you will rarly see a windmill get more than about 500 other than during a storm

I had a hell of a time finding the second video of yours. I found the first part perhaps posted by someone else and no clue to the second part. Now that I found it you should answer the posts.Wiring , mounting and I was going to ask about the bushing on the front before the blades. What did you do there ?

Your overestimating how much power will run through it. Wind generators don’t get very hot im not even sure if it will get hot at all.
